Scope of Services
Authentic Walk LLC offers supportive, insight-driven sessions focused on clarity, self-trust, and personal direction. These services are not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or mental health care. Authentic Walk LLC does not diagnose, treat, or prevent mental health conditions, nor provide clinical or medical services. Participation in sessions is voluntary and at the discretion of the client. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, please seek assistance from a qualified mental health professional.
Client Responsibility
By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions, and actions. Sessions with Authentic Walk LLC are designed to provide a supportive, insight-driven space for reflection and personal clarity. Any choices you make before, during, or after a session are solely your own, and Authentic Walk LLC cannot be held responsible for outcomes resulting from those decisions.
Not a Substitute for Professional Care
Sessions with Authentic Walk LLC are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or other professional services. If your needs extend beyond the scope of this work, you will be encouraged to seek additional or alternative professional support.
Scheduling & Payment
All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through the designated scheduling platform. Session length and pricing are clearly communicated at the time of booking. Payment is required to confirm your appointment.
Session Format
Sessions are available virtually or in person, based on availability and mutual agreement at the time of booking. For virtual sessions, clients are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and a private environment. Authentic Walk LLC is not responsible for disruptions caused by technical issues beyond its control.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled.
Refund Policy
Because sessions reserve dedicated time and availability, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided for completed sessions or for sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Confidentiality
Your privacy is respected. Information shared during sessions is kept confidential, except when disclosure is required by law or if there is a concern for your safety or the safety of others. Please note that electronic communication and online sessions may carry inherent privacy risks, and absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.
