My Journey of Service & Growth

With over 20 years of experience helping people across diverse settings, my path has been shaped by a deep calling to support others through transition, discovery, and transformation.

My career began in the fitness world as a personal trainer, guiding individuals toward healthier lives. This dedication to service led me into physical therapy, where for 12 years I worked in outpatient clinics, serving 1,000+ patients and witnessing the power of persistence, resilience, and care.

Seeking new ways to make a difference, I joined AmeriCorps and spent two years mentoring and teaching life skills to foster and homeless youth—often supporting those without stable guidance or family support. These experiences deepened my ability to help others find clarity, direction, and self-trust during pivotal moments.

My journey continued in higher education, where I provided thousands of undergraduate and graduate students with mentorship, guidance, and career counseling. Whether through one-on-one conversations or leading workshops, I found fulfillment in helping others navigate academic, career, and life transitions—always holding space for the personal and identity-driven questions that shaped their choices.

Later, my work in human resources allowed me to support healthcare employees through complex decisions, workplace challenges, and sensitive situations—further sharpening my holistic, compassionate approach to guidance and growth.

Embracing My Authentic Self

In 2021, I experienced a pivotal moment in my journey toward authenticity. After years of trying to fit into expectations and feeling the strain of not fully expressing who I was, I made a bold decision to cut my hair short and change the way I dressed. It was a sudden shift on the outside—but the result of years of growth and self-reflection on the inside.

This outward transformation became a powerful symbol of my commitment to live honestly and align my appearance with how I truly see myself. It was both liberating and empowering, and it deepened my understanding of what it means to walk an authentic path.

I share this part of my story to encourage you—whatever your journey looks like, it’s never too late to honor your true self, inside and out.

Coming Home to My Authentic Self

In 2025, after years of professional achievement, stepping into my true outer self, and an unyielding desire for deep Spiritual connection, I experienced a profound period of reflection and healing.

Feeling restless and disconnected from my sense of purpose, I embarked on a personal journey to reconnect with my heart, heal old wounds, and rediscover my authentic path. This time of deep soul work through Spiritual enlightenment helped me reclaim my sense of self, cultivate self-love, understand my intuitive gifts, and listen to my true calling—to serve others through life coaching and intuitive healing.

Today, my work is shaped not only by my education, training, and professional experience, but also by my own journey through uncertainty, setbacks, and transformation. I understand the courage it takes to step into authenticity because I’ve walked that path myself.

I am here to offer a grounded, empathetic, and empowering partnership—meeting you wherever you are and helping you move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Whether you’re facing transition, seeking direction, or ready to live a more authentic existence, I’m honored to walk this journey with you.
